Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WhatsBoost VIP (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use WhatsBoost VIP. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional and only required for VIP submissions, payments and the chat feature. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

3. User Submissions

When you submit a WhatsApp group, channel or tool you grant WhatsBoost VIP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and promote that submission. You represent that:

• You are the owner or admin of the group/channel/tool, or have permission to submit it.
• The submission does not violate any law, third-party right or WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
• The submission contains no NSFW, hateful, violent, illegal or copyrighted content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• No spam, scraping, automated submissions or abuse of the search/api endpoints.
• No phishing, malware, scams, pyramid schemes or pump-and-dump groups.
• No NSFW, child-exploitation, hate speech, terror or illegal-services content.
• No impersonation of WhatsBoost VIP, its staff or other users.
• No attempts to bypass payment, VIP gating or admin controls.

5. VIP / Premium Listings

VIP placement is offered via manual payment (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Binance USDT). Once payment proof is verified, your listing is upgraded for the purchased duration. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the agreed service.

6. Tools & Downloads

Tools listed on WhatsBoost VIP are provided "as-is" by their respective creators. We do our best to scan files, but we do not guarantee they are virus-free, lawful or compatible with your device. Download at your own risk. Modified WhatsApp clients may violate WhatsApp's Terms; we do not endorse such use.

7. Intellectual Property

All site code, design, logos and original content are © WhatsBoost VIP. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or republish without written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of its original owner.

8. Advertising

WhatsBoost VIP is supported by advertising including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party advertisers. Clicks on ads are subject to the respective advertiser's terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, validity of WhatsApp links or compatibility of downloaded tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsBoost VIP, its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, listing or access at any time for any reason — including violation of these Terms — without prior notice.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WhatsBoost VIP harmless from any claim arising from your submissions, conduct or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
