- Your full legal name, address, phone number and email.

- The exact URL(s) on WhatsBoost VIP where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Response Time
Valid notices are processed within 24–72 hours. The reported listing will be removed pending review.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to dmca@whatsboost.vip including the same elements above plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the operator's courts.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights will be terminated.
Misuse
Filing a false DMCA notice is a criminal offence under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may also be actionable in your local jurisdiction. Please consult an attorney before submitting.
